28 Apr 09 Spinning is Back...

so since our spinning instructor was gone last week, we haven't had any spin classes...but she's back and we did a spin class at lunch time today to get back in the groove of things...on the exercise note, they came and weighed the 2nd wave of our group today {weight measurments} and I had them weigh me again out of curiousity and I have lost another 3 lbs and 2% body fat!!! made my day!!! makes me feel like the working out is actually working!!!! forgot to mention yesterday that I ran into an old friend that I was a lab tech with in Portsmouth VA back in 1996!!!!She is now a nurse and I ran into her coming back from dinner last night!!! I also ran into her at lunch today....hoping she swings back the clinic before she leaves and I can get a picture with her! her son and Sam are the same age!!! hard to believe so much time has gone by!

so today's picture is from last summer when Abby was outside playing on the trampoline, in her pj's with her blanket, and I guess it was so nice and warm she decided to take a nap!!!!
