22 Apr 09 1-2-4-8 Day 2
...so I thought I would try again today...this time I did it on the stair climber at lunch...again I was wasted....and we had group volleyball afterwards outside behind our little living quarters, was kinda fun, but hot and I have a bruise on my left hand form hitting th eball so much and my right hand hurts just from serving...but surprisngly I did fairly well to have not played volleybal in a really REALLY long time! thing we are gonna do it again soon...
