21 Apr 09 1-2-4-8

that is the new workout I did today...here it goes...

run 1/2 mile for warm-up
sprint 1 min
run 1 min
sprint 2 mins
run 2 mins
wprint 4 mins
run 4 mins
sprint 8 mins
run 8 mins
finish with 1/2 mile cool down

yeah...right...thought my heart was gonna jump out of my chest at the 8 min mark!!!! but it ended up being about 3.5 miles and 45 mins...this was at lunchtime...then I was wasted for the rest of the day...my stupid internet decided to quit working at about the time I wanted to update the blog...UGGGHHHHH...so that is why I am posting 3 blog days on 23 Apr 09.....

my picture of the day is from an email from Matt..."You KNOW you miss the shit"....NOT.....but I would rather be home doing laundry then doing laundry in a trailer here :)

and Yvonne sent me some Easter paper to wrap the kids bags in, well YEAH, I got it yesterday and somebody in the clinic said "either you are a little too late, or really early for next year!!!" guess I will leave it for the next group of folks for them to decorate with :)
