08 May 09 Another Duty Day

...down....not sure how many to go, but it is one less for now...and another day of spinning down....gonna spin again with Beth tomorrow and do an AB workout...then Sunday we will do some mean circuit training!I am going to AT LEAST loose another 10 lbs before I go home...10 weeks and counting! 1 lb a week doesn't sound unreasonable! so Matt is going home sick again this afternoon, think he caught some kind of bug and can't shake it...hope he is better soon and the kids don't get it :)well, today's picture is what my new desktop looks like...I LOVE this picture of me and Ben from Disneyland last summer :)
