27 Jun 09 HM Celebration

so every year we elebrate the birthday of the Hospital Corpsman...we'll this year it happens to be 111 years old on June 17th. But we decided as a clinic to do our little celebration today :) And even though I had duty , 2 of the AArmy Medics form one of the other battalions came over and covered the clinic so we could go enjoy the event...we had food, cake, music,and a WONDERFUL DVD slide show put together by CDR Neumann {our dentist}...and we also remembered...we remembered all those corpsman that went out to fight this war and help save lives, but never made it home...may God bless their loved ones and may they rest in peace....just makes me miss home a little more and appreciate the little things because you never know when they may be gone...
