so we are back on for SPINNING...my lef finally feels good enough to spin again...I am so glad!!! I would love to loose still a few extra pounds before I go home!!!! Plus Beth said she was gonna be the "thorn in my side" until we leave :) so I stayed and worked out my upper body with weights not wanting to overdue my leg just in case it started hurting later!!! so hopefully, if she is up to it, we will spin again tomorrow, even if it is only for a short time! I hope to make it to the pool on Sunday to work on my tan a little bit!!!Need to have at least a little bit of color before wearing the dress for Tim and Lauren's wedding!
so today's picture is inspired by the SSD FOBTY post..it is a picture of Ben at one of the bird exhibitis at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle!
SSD FOBTY: so this week it is all about "what is your favorite animal at the zoo?"...I am really not sure, but I would have to say that the cute red pandas {or at least I thnk that is what they are} have been one of the cutest things I have seen at the zoo...but of coarse I always like the exhibitions where you can go in and feed the birds
