27 Feb 09 "GOOOOOD TIMES"...

...is what she tells us half way through spinning class tonight....and I say again HALF WAY through...but I stay motiviated and keep on going and eventually we were at the end!!! but I managed to make it through 2 water bottles, NO PROBLEM!!! but then I was able to not feel so guilty about eating monogloian night at the DFAC with soy sauce...we decorated our doc's office today because it was her birthday...if you have to spend your birthday in the desert you mind as well have a little fun~we had fun decorating and making a hand made froo froo card for her, flowers and all :)and I guess on the homefront Matt & Sam have collaborated on a chore chart and each chore has a specific $$$ amount so if they get done, then each of the kids can collect their "chore money" at the end of each week...teaches them responsibility and in return helps Matt while I am gone... and even Abby has her very own chores :)

we ended the night with a Kuwati Quick Shower!!! that is today's picture!!!
