ok so I am recouperating from the below listed items:

1. Monday: 1 hour spinning class

2. Tuesday: 5 miles run on treadmill..burned 700 calories and it took me 67 minutes

3. Wednesday: 1 hour spinning class, then 30 mins on eliptical, 325 calories, 2.25 miles

so needless to say I am BEAT DOWN, but hoping it will all pay off in the long run...so my pictures of the day from yesterday and today just so happen to be associated with me working out!!!
