20 Feb 09 "Make It HURT"...

is what she tells us in spinning class today!!! and BOY did it hurt...so glad I have a 2 day break before I have to get on another bike!!! sure am hoping it will all be worth it in the long run!!! Really want to look good when Matt & I go to Vegas!!

so I just happen to be sitting at the front desk of the clinic today and low and behold LT Michon comes through the door!!! It's a small world/Navy after all!!! She is our Peds nurse from Oak Harbor and she is fulfilling an IA billet with the Marines!!! So of coarse my picture of the day today is of me & her!!!! well, here is too be up WAY TO LATE and needing to get some sleep...catch you tomorrow!!!
