01 Aug 09 Ten Days to Vegas

BABY....whoo hooo....I only have to work 1 day next week and then I am off for the next 3 weeks....so need it...I have all the kids on Tuesday so think I may take them down to the beach or park or bounce house, something we can all do together...then the other 3 days I am gonna organize and organize some more...gonna get through all the kids dressers and make them room for school clothes and such...plus I think Abby and Peyton have clothes that are just to small...

we got Peyton's crib converted into a daybed today and Abby decided she wanted that bed...so we swapped their beds and made them up with new sheets and freshly washed and dried blankets...so we'll see what happens tonight when it is time to go to bed!

I did got to scrap with the girls last night...I am at the end of Seaworld and just need to do Universal Studios to finish out our vacation 2007 album...I just have to find the pics in all my mess!!!

Sam went and bought some fish for her 10 gallon tank in her room...she only spent $20 because they had a 1/2 off sale..the local pet store does this once a year so she used some of her money to buy her fish...

and so far today, Abby has managed to trip over her shoes and hit her head on the table, square in the middle of her forehead :( poor kids are so clumsy here...she has a HUGE egg right int he middle of her head...and it looks EXACTLY like the one Sam got when she walked into the corner of the hallway when we lived in Sicily...don;t worry, I have a picture to share because you probably wouldn't believe me unless you saw it...so we'll see what the rest of the day has to offer :)

6:00 pm
Abby: "can I have little ice cream tomorrow?" {we have already told her she has to eat dinner before she can have a small size ice cream}
Mom: "After you eat dinner you can have ice cream"
Abby:" Mom, I said tomorrow, this is today!" {too smart for her own good...she knew that she couldn';t have it today if she didn't eat her dinner so I guess she figured she would get it cleared before tomorrow came around that she could have ice cream!!!}

so now it is 9:30 pm:
Abby has a HUGE knot and bruise on her head and has proceded to get herself a HUGE bandaid and place on her forehead..she asks Matt "Dad, can I have little ice crea,?" and matt says to me "Look at THAT face and deny it!!" and he procedes to get her "little ice cream"..now you look at the picture and tell me if YOU could resist that face????
