today...YEP, that was the temp, so if you think it is HOT where you are, just think again :) luckily I will not have to endure this sweat breaking heat much longer...we did some more transition classes today and I am completely packed and ready to go...I mailed 4 more small boxes home with some blankets, uniforms, sheets and just some extra misc stuff so I wouldn't have to carry it with me...I will have 1 rolling duffel bag and 2 backpacks and I am READY!!!! not looking forward to the long waits we will endure shortly, but know it is a small price to pay when going home :) I managed to finish getting the rest of my gifts for home and even picked up a kewl t-shirt for Matt...so everbody is covered and if they aren't, oh well... I guess I will have to get those people something in Vegas :)
so I ran into Beth at the pool today and here we are just chilling on the side of the pool in the 119 degree sunshine...so Matt I am bringin back the sun and about 10 degrees of Kuwait heat to Oak Harbor, that should make the weather just perfect there...so if you guys don't here from me after today, keep us all in your thoughts and they we all make it home safely :)
BTW...I got a pedicure today and it was AWESOME...so needed it and wasn't sure if I would have the time once I got home to get it done :) and now my toes are pretty and bright pink :)
